The pandemic and eventual lockdown threw many challenges, these have been testing times for the organisations struggling to strive amidst the lockdown. The Human Resource teams of the corporates were in the forefront to provide guidelines on remote working, equipping employees with infrastructure and technology to work-from-home and also kept the team motivated and inspired when the world was on chaos.

INFAH recognised the transformational role of HR. INFAH organised a webinar to understand and learn the 'HR perspectives in New Normal' for its member companies on 24th February 2021. The event was attended by leaders and employees of INFAH member companies. Performance management system, new working guidelines, innovative ideas to keep the organization culture highly spirited, emotional well-being of employees, revising the employee training programs through digital medium were some of the key discussion areas. It was concluded that the HR is going to play a defining role in shaping the future of organizations.

INFAH is also planning to have uniform HR policy guidelines which can be incorporated across the INFAH member companies.
