INFAH has been contributing in creating awareness about the nutritional value of animal based products especially eggs. One of the initiative which the subcommittee of GMP and CSR has been doing consistently every year is the celebration of World Egg Day. On 12th October 2018, World Egg Day, INFAH participated in the seminar organised by Department of Poultry Science, Bombay Veterinary College, Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Dr. Vijay Makhija, General Secretary - INFAH was invited as the Chief Guest. Dr. D. U. Lokhande Bombay Veterinary College presided over the program. Dr. P. E. Avari, conducted the programme. Dr. Vijay Makhija shared the Vision of INFAH of ensuring Healthy Animals & Healthier India to participants. Dr. Vijay Makhija gave the prizes of Egg Slogan Competition & Egg Shell art to winners. Dr. D. N. Desai, Bombay Veterinary College, appreciated the contribution of Indian Federation of Animal Health Companies (INFAH) in creating the awareness on consumption of Eggs. He thanked INFAH members for attending this event. Boiled Eggs were distributed to all the participants of this seminar.
